Yoga and Meditation for beginners
This 5 day course will introduce you to the basics of yoga and show you how you can make your practice work for you - whether that is finding ways to relax and find calm or ways to challenge yourself and feel the burn!
Join me each morning for a 30 minute session of gentle stretching, sun salutations and standing sequences.
The evening session will include some breathwork practices to help balance the nervous system, providing you with some basic tools that can help improve your sleep, anxiety levels and digestion. We will also explore some restorative yoga and meditation.
